Earlier this month, this bike commuter was legally riding across a bridge in Bethlehem, PA when he was struck from behind by a vehicle. The vehicle tried to flee. However, a city bus driver witnessed the crime and used the bus to cut off the fleeing driver, and waited for the police to arrive. It was all caught on the city's traffic camera.
